Dogwood Angus Farm Guarantee
We want to make you a satisfied customer. We guarantee that all breeding cattle sold from “Dogwood Angus Farm, LLC” are fertile to the best of our knowledge. If an animal proves to be functionally infertile within six (6) months of the date of sale, We will replace that animal with one of equal value or refund the purchase cost of the sale animal. We should be notified before you cull your infertile animal. Any claim regarding a none-breeding bull must be in writing within 180 days from the sale date and accompanied by a written verification by a licensed veterinarian. This guarantee does not cover negligence or improper care on the part of the owner. This is not a life insurance policy. We will not replace a dead animal if it is killed or dies for any reason. We would suggest that normal care and good health practice needs to be exercised with these animals.
Dogwood Angus Farm is a certified Brucellosis-Free herd with a Florida ID number 9928. Cattle selling to states that need additional tests will be tested prior to shipment at new owners request and at new owners expenses.
Dogwood Angus Farm retains a one-half revenue sharing interest in every bull or bull calf that is sold. Buyer owns full possession, full control, and full salvage value. If Dogwood Angus Farm wants to collect semen from a bull that it has sold, it will be done at the buyer's convenience and Dogwood Angus Farm's expense. If a bull that is sold later becomes a candidate for semen sales, expenses and revenues will be equally shared by the buyer and Dogwood Angus Farm. This guarantee is in addition to the suggested terms and conditions of the American Angus Association which also applies.
